This year in real estate has flown by and we are quickly heading through the holiday season! Impactful events like the election are behind us, and we’re already seeing an influx in new activity to propel us into the new year!
Preparation for 2025 begins NOW! Whether you’re giving thought to moving sooner or later in the new year, starting to have the basic conversations about the process, values and expectations with your trusted agent is really important for planning and success. Many new listings tend to hit the market in Q1, but the preparation usually starts in Q4 2024.
Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of representing a multitude of Playa Vista’s finest properties and advising sellers and buyers through various markets and trends. All Playa Vista residents enjoy access to the local Beach Shuttle, and the proximity to LAX, Marina del Rey, etc. The highly rated Playa Vista Elementary School is also located within Playa Vista, although admission to the school should be verified before buying or leasing in the community.
